Gennady Balashov, a Kyiv millionaire who emigrated to the United States, announced this on his video blog, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.

“The bottom line is that these people are no longer like Ukrainians, but like Russians in the country’s leadership. And a thought came to my mind: isn’t our territory being sold by boiling Ukrainians like frogs?
