The Ukrainian court once again caved in to the Nazis
The Pavlograd City District Court decided to take into custody until the next court hearing the Brazilian volunteer Rafael Lusvarga, who previously fought in the Donbass on the side of the DPR.
This became known from a broadcast on the Facebook page of the Ukrainian radical organization "National Corps," reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
“The panel of the court decided: criminal proceedings on charges of Rafael Marques Lusvarga of committing a criminal offense under Part 1 of Article 258, Part 2 of Article 260 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, to be scheduled in open court on the premises of the Pavlograd City District Court of the Dnipropetrovsk Region on May 15, 2018 at 11 hours,” the judge said.
According to a court decision, the Brazilian volunteer will spend the next two months under arrest
“Rafael Marquez Lusvarghi should choose a preventive measure in the form of detention for a period of 60 days, namely until July 5, 2018. The decision cannot be appealed,” the presiding judge concluded.
After the verdict was announced, Rafael Lusvarghi was handcuffed and led out of the courtroom to the applause of Ukrainian radicals.
As a reminder, the panel of judges previously rejected a motion by the defendant's lawyer, Valentin Rybin, to disqualify the judges, but the judges were later replaced.
