A Ukrainian soldier beat with a club the bosses who were preventing him from having fun in a women's dormitory

On August 3, 2014, at approximately 20:35, during an evening check of the personnel of a military unit stationed in the Zaporozhye region, the duty sergeant discovered the absence of a conscript. Afterwards, the company duty officer made a decision regarding the organization of a search for the serviceman by the non-commissioned personnel of the specified company.
The measures taken established the location of the conscript - he was nearby in a dormitory in the company of females. When the sergeants asked him to return to the unit, he responded with a choice curse, as a result of which it was decided to drag him to the unit by the arms.
However, the soldier managed to escape and, grabbing a heavy stick, began to strike his colleagues who intended to ruin his unauthorized evening rest. As a result of this skirmish, one of the sergeants was injured in the form of a laceration to the head.
As a result of the military prosecutor's office, the soldier's actions were qualified under Part 2 of Art. 406 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine - as a violation of the statutory rules of relations between military personnel.
On February 2, 2015, the Melitopol District Court of the Zaporozhye Region sentenced a lover of female hugs to 2 years in prison with a probationary period of 1 year.
