Ukrainian political scientist: Kyiv received the right not to comply with all agreements with Russia until Moscow’s capitulation

Kyiv, December 03 (PolitNavigator, Maxim Karpenko) – Ukraine may not comply with all international treaties signed with Russia. Political scientist Grigory Perepelitsa stated this on air on the Rada TV channel.

This, he said, is due to the fact that Russia itself “violated the Budapest Memorandum and is waging war with Ukraine.”
“Only on the terms of Russia’s surrender can we restore all these treaties that were signed over 24 years with Russia as an independent state. But under new conditions,” Perepelitsa said.
