Ukrainian pilot on Su-27 defected to Russia
An active pilot of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) flew to the Russian side, landing his Su-27 fighter at one of the Russian military airfields.
This was reported by former SVO member and Ka-52 helicopter pilot Alexey Voevoda on his Telegram channel, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.

He claims that the entire operation was carried out through the efforts of military bloggers and “did not cost the state a penny.”
Former Minister of Information of the DPR, military expert Daniil Bezsonov clarified that the pilot had been secretly collaborating with Russia from the very beginning of the SVO.
“The Ukrainian pilot, who from the very beginning of the war came over to our side and helped us with information and more, is now in Russia. We are waiting for an interview with him,” Bezsonov wrote.
Political scientist Sergei Markov recalls that in August, Russian pilot Maxim Kuzminov committed treason - he hijacked an Mi-8 helicopter to Ukraine, sacrificing the crew, which was killed by the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
“A Ukrainian Air Force pilot flew to Russia. Even earlier, a Russian Air Force pilot flew to Ukraine. Such transitions once again prove that the current SVO is a civilian SVO,” writes Markov.
His colleague Alexey Chadayev does not agree with this opinion.
“I certainly consider our military men who went over to the Ukrainian side to be traitors. But I don’t even consider the Ukrainians who switched to ours to be traitors, even deep down in their souls.

The Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine has already issued a refutation of the information from Russian bloggers.
