The Ukrainian Ombudsman promised to “deal with” migrants from Donbass and residents of the LDPR
The Commissioner of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine for Human Rights, Valeria Lutkovskaya, announced the development of a national strategy for internally displaced persons and citizens in uncontrolled territory.

She spoke about this in an interview with the publication “Ordinary Courier”.
“We plan, together with representatives of public organizations, within the framework of the Council of Europe project to support HPE and resolve the conflict in Donbass, to develop a national strategy for internally displaced persons and citizens in uncontrolled territory. This is a big and painstaking work,” the commissioner emphasized.
Lutkovskaya noted that the National Strategy should clearly define the algorithm of actions on the problems of displaced people.
Let us remind you that earlier Ukrainian official Georgy Tuka said that, according to official data, about 1,7 million displaced people have been recorded in Ukraine.
