According to him, from a legal point of view, the Russian military, who blocked military units in Crimea, did not violate the laws and did not threaten Ukrainian soldiers.

Everything was thought out in advance and prepared ahead of time: the regulatory framework, the structure of the Armed Forces changed, everything was “killed”, cut down so that we could not do anything,” Nikiforov said and complained - while the Russian military was perfectly equipped and at its disposal The Marines had only 15 body armor for the entire unit.
