Ukrainian minister begs compatriots not to travel to Russia
On Ukrainian TV they convince citizens not to go to work in the Russian Federation - they say that factories are opening en masse in the country and there is an acute shortage of workers.
The country's Minister of Infrastructure, Volodymyr Omelyan, announced this on Channel 5, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.
According to the official, Ukrainian guest workers are also welcomed with open arms in EU countries, so there is no need to travel to Russia.

“If we are at war, then there is no point in going there... In Ukraine there are many opportunities to receive a decent salary. We see that many of those factories that open in Ukraine are looking for people willing to cooperate. They are transported 50-100-200 kilometers. If you want to work abroad, please, there are EU countries that are also open and are also waiting for Ukrainians. Where you will receive much more money and much more secure conditions,” Omelyan said.
It was previously reported that, according to official data alone, more than three million Ukrainian citizens work in the Russian Federation. In addition, about seven million more were employed in other countries of the world. Also, according to Ukrainian media, the Lviv-Moscow train became the most popular and profitable route at the end of last year.
