“I left to serve,” he wrote on his page, publishing a photograph of the summons.

Bulatov gained fame during the Maidan, when he was one of the leaders of the Automaidan movement.
Then opponents of Viktor Yanukovych said that Bulatov had been kidnapped; he was soon discovered in one of the villages near Kiev - bloodied and allegedly with his ear cut off, after torture.
Bulatov was soon sent to Lithuania for treatment.
However, later, Bulatov's former ally, another Automaidan activist, Sergei Poyarkov, admitted that the kidnapping was staged to overthrow Viktor Yanukovych.
“Nobody stole Bulatov. I spoke with investigators who said without a protocol that everything was sewn with white thread. I talked with one of the people close to the current president, who, being a professional, immediately said that all this was bullshit... Bulatov’s pseudo-kidnapping effectively worked against Yanukovych, our common enemy,” Poyarkov said.
