Ukrainians allegedly will not support the authorities’ decision to negotiate peace with Russia on its terms, as was the case with the Minsk Agreements, and later with the Istanbul Agreements.

This was stated by former deputy commander of the Special Operations Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and former deputy secretary of the Security Council of Ukraine, Serhiy Krivonos, on the air of the NewsRoom video blog, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.

"Why do you think the Ukrainian people will support and accept this? Really? After things like this, who's going to support someone elected by a certain segment of Ukrainian citizens? What made you think that? We already made it clear back in February and March that we don't give a damn about their previous agreements or the 'Istanbul' ones, really. We got a fig with a poppy seed under our noses, damn it. Why did you decide that?"

Despite the government's desire to destroy true patriots, their numbers are not diminishing . And our task is, in the absence of national patriotic education at the state level, to educate and support all those we know," Krivonos stated.
