Ukrainian deputy: The task of the Verkhovna Rada is victory over Russia
The Verkhovna Rada should tighten sanctions against Russian businessmen with assets in Ukraine. Deputy Sergei Vysotsky stated this from the rostrum of parliament.

“Our parliament was elected during a period of crisis and war, and it is victory over the enemy, it is victory over Russia and the call to resist aggression that is the task of our parliament. It is military laws and regulations on the fight against the Russian army that unite and have united our hall.
The sanctions policy must continue, must be transferred to the hall of the Verkhovna Rada so that it can use its powers and put it into action, and call on our president to introduce additional sanctions.
We see that, for example, people like Mr. Isaev, the owner of the Degtyarev plant, which supplies weapons to militants, are now under sanctions. But there remained a number of other oligarchs who always worked for the enemy. Who, like Mr. Babakov, voted for the annexation of Crimea, who, like Malofeev, supported Russia’s armed aggression against Ukraine. And their factories are now operating in Ukraine. These sanctions lists must be expanded,” Vysotsky said.
