Only the “occupation administration” can eradicate the love of the Russian population for the Soviet leader Joseph Stalin - by analogy with Germany after 1945.
This was stated by the curator of the Ukrainian campaign for the so-called. “decommunization” Vladimir Vyatrovich, head of the “Institute of National Memory of Ukraine”.

“Stalin’s grave, Moscow, our days. It seems that in Russia, decommunization, like denazification in Germany before, can only be ensured by the occupation administration,” Vyatrovich wrote on his blog, commenting on a photograph of Stalin’s grave with flowers near the Kremlin wall.
