“Two explosive devices were planted. One thing didn't work. Explosive technicians are currently at the scene. This is in the so-called "Day of Silence" and on Children's Day. There was a power outage throughout the city for several hours. The specialists quickly fixed the problems. Now miners are sorting out the type of explosive device, etc. Tomorrow morning there will be comments from officials,” the source said.
