“The first electronic declaration has the character of a “zero declaration”. The further calculation of wealth will depend on what these officials now declare, their increase in wealth. But then this increase will be easy to check, because it is known where he works, what his income is, and so on. Therefore, there is a version that our leading figures, starting with ministers and others, declared millions of cash in foreign currency, including against future income,” Suslov said.
