Kyiv, February 02 (PolitNavigator, Maxim Karpenko) - The Ukrainian army, retreating from cities that the militia is recapturing, hides behind civilians and undermines objects. Deputy Chairman of the People's Council of the DPR Denis Pushilin stated this on the air of the talk show “Sunday Evening”.

According to him, Ukraine does not allow civilians to leave the ATO zone.
“They are hiding behind civilians. There they practically did not leave Debaltseve, and they have no opportunity to leave. In Uglegorsk, which is already under our control, residents have the opportunity to contact us. Now civilians are telling us, guys: “let’s hurry up, just finish all this.” But the situation is aggravated by the fact that the Ukrainian troops, retreating, undermine everything, that’s the problem,” Pushilin said.
The Ukrainian army, while retreating, is "blowing up everything in sight," according to the DPR.
