Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine Andrey Parubiy told reporters in Kyiv following the results of the National Security and Defense Council meeting.

“The Ministry of Foreign Affairs was instructed to introduce a visa regime with the Russian Federation,” he said.
