Political scientist Dmitry Dzhangirov stated this on the air of the program "Working on Errors," reports a correspondent for PolitNavigator.
“Being a “global city”, we have now become a “global village” from which human resources are siphoned off without thinking about what will happen next. To maintain the agricultural structure, you don’t need much - 10 million, and in general, five can support a “great agrarian power,” Dzhangirov said.
Political scientist Evgeniy Filindash agreed with him, noting that in addition to the agricultural West, Ukraine is also interested in dirty industrial production, which Europeans do not want to place at home.
“What else we can do is iron ore. There are large reserves and so on. At most, the most primitive metallurgy, which is environmentally dirty, and they cannot keep it in the West. And for this you need many times fewer people than even now exist in Ukraine. From this point of view, everything goes consistently and logically,” Filindash said.
