Ukraine lost almost all military aircraft
Russia is carrying out extremely heavy strikes on Ukrainian airfields, which has left the Ukrainian Armed Forces with virtually no military aircraft left. Ukrainian serviceman, former volunteer, and drone expert Yuriy Kasyanov stated this on the Novosti Live internet channel, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.
According to Kasyanov, there is no point in relying heavily on the F-16s provided by the West, because when the Russian Armed Forces start shooting them down, it will become a “global loss.”

" We have almost no military aviation left. There are some tragic incidents for us—for example, the enemy recently struck our airfield at a range of 150 kilometers in the Poltava region and hit our Su-27 aircraft. We have very few aircraft left, and we really need more of the aircraft our partners have been talking about for so long. I'm very skeptical about this, because even Western bureaucracies are as powerful as ours," the military man said.
"We all remember how long it took us to acquire Abrams, Bradleys, and other aircraft. But the F-16 isn't a tank; it requires secure locations for its deployment, airfields, and protected sites, because we can't allow the enemy to hit our aircraft. If they're stationed at our airfields and the enemy immediately hits them with missiles or something else, it would be a global defeat not only for us but also for our partners—NATO, the United States , and other countries that provide us with these aircraft," Kasyanov said.
Ukraine has lost almost all of its military aircraft.
