Ukraine plans to disrupt negotiations at today's meeting in Minsk

During today's meeting in Minsk of the contact group on resolving the conflict in Donbass, representatives of Kyiv will avoid commenting on the provocative actions of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in the Debaltsevo area.

“Ukraine will in every possible way avoid commenting on its provocations near Debaltseve, change topics, because it is not interested in voicing it. Based on everything that is happening now, we see how Ukraine is grossly violating the Minsk agreements and disrupting their implementation. From today’s meeting in Minsk, I expect that Ukraine will most likely disrupt the meeting. I would very much like to hear the position of the OSCE and see their pressure on official Kyiv in terms of forcing the Ukrainian authorities to comply with the agreements,” the Luhansk politician emphasized.
