Ukraine does not know where to get coal for the winter
The situation with coal in Ukraine is the worst in all the years of independence; this did not happen even in the 90s.

Energy market expert Valentin Zemlyansky stated this on the NewsOne television channel, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent . According to him, Ukraine currently faces a coal shortage of four million tons, and the only source of coal is the Russian Federation.
“We are starting, essentially, with wheels. Even in the 90s there was no such situation. Not even because of low stocks in warehouses, but because we don’t quite understand where to get it during the winter, because we have a deficit of up to four million tons today. The majority - three million - is the anthracite group. Physically, it does not exist anywhere else except in the Russian Federation. There is simply nowhere to get it. How Ukraine will emerge in the second half, somewhere from January, is the biggest problem,” Zemlyansky said.
