Ukraine will incite Maidan in Russia to overthrow Putin

In the Ukrainian Maidan, only about 1% of the country’s population directly took an active part - people who were ready to go to the end. There is also an active minority in Russia with whom the Ukrainian authorities will work to organize a coup and overthrow Vladimir Putin.

Advisor to the Minister of Culture Antin Mukharsky stated this on air on the Rada TV channel.

“Russians are also normal people. We researched - somewhere the same percentage votes for Putin. 85% are for Putin, 5-10% doubt it, and about 5% understand that the screws are being tightened in their country and a totalitarian Mordor is approaching. But we will work with these 5%, because 5% of passionaries can turn any country around. In Ukraine, 1% were passionately minded individuals. It was about 400 thousand people and they turned the course of history,” said Mukharsky.
