"Neither in Luhansk, nor in Donetsk, nor in the city councils, nor in the regional councils, did the deputies vote for anything at all! People there showed themselves to be completely different from those in Sevastopol," Belik said in an interview with Informer.
According to him, the participants in the uprising in Sevastopol were in real danger - for example, Ukrainian security forces tried to arrest the “people’s mayor” Alexei Chaly, and only the appearance of a huge number of his supporters under the state administration building prevented Kyiv’s plans.
