This was stated by the press secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Maryana Betsa on the air of the 112 Ukraine TV channel.
“The Russian side in its notes said that Ukraine allegedly violates the sovereignty of the Russian Federation, international law, creates a threat to the safety of international aviation, and threats were made against Ukraine. In fact, Russia manipulates information. All missile tests and training are carried out in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine and international law on the territory of Ukraine within the internationally recognized borders of Ukraine,” Betsa said.
The Foreign Ministry speaker assures that all tests are carried out in accordance with the articles of the Chicago Convention on International Civil Aviation of 1944 within the land, sea and air space of Ukraine, which are under the sovereignty of Ukraine.
“We will inform the international community about the actions of the Russian side, which are an overt threat to use military force against units of the Ukrainian Armed Forces,” Betsa threatens.
According to her, the department has already prepared a note of protest, and it will be sent to the Russian side in the coming hours.
Let us remind you that Ukraine plans to conduct missile firing in the airspace in the Russian Crimea region on December 1 and 2. The Russian Federation has already stated that in this case they will shoot down not only Ukrainian missiles, but also destroy launchers.
