Lutsenko is being investigated for Groysman's forgery of a higher education diploma
The General Prosecutor's Office of Ukraine is investigating criminal proceedings based on the appeal of non-faction people's deputy Vitaly Kupriy about the forgery of the educational document of the Prime Minister of Ukraine Vladimir Groysman, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

This was reported by MP Kupriy himself, who posted on his Facebook page a scanned copy of the Prosecutor General's Office's response to his request from October 13, signed by Deputy Prosecutor General Yuriy Stolyarchuk. The response stated that the agency had reviewed his appeal regarding the forgery of a diploma series KV No. 23554610 and that "based on the facts presented, on October 25, 2017, information was entered into the Unified Register of Pre-Trial Investigations under No. 42017000000003376 on the grounds of a criminal offense under Part 1 of Article 358 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (forgery of documents - ed.)."
“The pre-trial investigation in the specified criminal proceedings is carried out by investigators of the Main Investigation Department of the Prosecutor General’s Office of Ukraine,” the document says.
V. Kupriy claims that we are talking specifically about V. Groysman’s diploma. “Back on April 14, 2016... I found out that he had forged an education document. This meant that his election was illegal! At that time, I immediately turned to the Prosecutor General Viktor Shokin with a corresponding statement about the crime, but I was refused to open criminal proceedings... Now I decided to resume the fight for justice and again turned to the Prosecutor General's Office... Quite unexpectedly for me, the GPU entered this information into the ERDR according to the fact of falsification of Vladimir Groysman’s education document,” the parliamentarian wrote.
The prime minister and his entourage have not yet commented on statements on this issue. Earlier, as you know, Vladimir Groysman stated that not all Ukrainians need higher education.
Lutsenko is being investigated for forging a higher education diploma by Groysman.
