Kyiv does not have a single mine left with coal for power plants: Russia and Donbass blocked supplies
Ukraine does not have a single mine left producing anthracite coal. About this on the air of the talk show “People. Hard Talk,” said the Minister of Energy of Ukraine Igor Nasalik.
According to him, now supplies from the DPR and Russia are blocked, so Ukraine is forced to order it from Africa and other countries located far beyond the oceans.

“On the territory of Ukraine, which is controlled by Ukraine, we do not mine a single ton of anthracite group of coal. It's all outside our country. But we made plans, and literally three days ago the first ship arrived. We don't have many countries from which we can bring coal. These are Australia, New Zealand, North America and South Africa. The main supply is, after all, South Africa,” Nasalik said.
