Avakov thinks that Russia is deliberately sending thieves in law with Georgian surnames to Ukraine
The head of the National Police of Ukraine, Sergei Knyazev, during a conference call on August 8, said that over the past seven months, Russia has sent 29 “thieves in law” to Ukraine.

He emphasized that in Ukraine there is a fight against such a phenomenon as “criminal migrants”, in particular, we are talking about “thieves in law” from Russia.
Knyazev recalled a case when one of the criminal authorities from the Russian Federation was detained at the Boryspil international airport.
“The latest detention at Boryspil international airport once again confirmed that Russia is sending in thieves in law. After the interrogation of the detainee in Boryspil, and then the expulsion from the country of the thief in law nicknamed Petso, we received a clear answer - they were given the command to destabilize the crime situation in our state,” said the head of the National Police.
Earlier, Russian thief in law Rezo Bukhnikashvili, nicknamed Petso, was detained in Boryspil, who presented a fake passport of a citizen of Ukraine. In Ukraine, for some reason, they think that Russian criminals are sent through the FSB, and do not go themselves to the country, which, thanks to the efforts of the Maidan activists, has turned into a “criminal paradise.”
