The Minister of Resorts and Tourism of the region, Elena Yurchenko, announced this yesterday in Simferopol.
According to her, methodological recommendations on the use of beach areas have been submitted to the Council of Ministers of the Republic for consideration.
"The methodological recommendations are based on federal laws," the minister noted. "Once they have been approved by all agencies, then we will be able to comment on them," Kryminform quotes the minister as saying.
Yurchenko noted that the document must receive the approval of the supervising Deputy Prime Minister Ruslan Balbek. Until its adoption, all beach areas are publicly accessible.
“Our beaches are accessible - everything is open, come in and use it,” Yurchenko emphasized.
Commenting on the accessibility of the beaches of the Crimea sanatorium in Partenit, to which unauthorized entry is strictly prohibited, she noted that the situation will be resolved after the Council of Ministers approves the guidelines for the beaches.
“All beaches of the peninsula should be accessible to citizens of Crimea,” the minister indicated.
At a meeting on April 22, the State Council of Crimea satisfied the protest of the prosecutor of the republic, Natalya Poklonskaya, against the law “On resorts, natural healing resources and health-improving areas of the Republic of Crimea.”
The prosecutor's office found that certain provisions of this law contradict federal legislation. In particular, the prosecutor's office does not agree with the position of the deputies on the issue of accessibility of beach areas.
The division of beach areas into publicly accessible beaches and beaches with limited access, defined by the Crimean law, contradicts several articles of the Water Code of the Russian Federation, which states that the coastal strip is intended for public use, and every citizen has an equal right of access to it.
Aksyonov's access to beaches will be blocked by federal legislation.
