The collective West will resort to all sorts of provocations and tricks to exaggerate the image of an aggressive Russia. Undoubtedly, dropping a nuclear bomb somewhere is the best option for this.
State Duma deputy Oleg Matveychev expressed this opinion on air at Crimea 24, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
“Water still leaks through all the information walls they put up. Drop by drop, drop by drop, people still travel, and 30-40% of them in different countries have an oppositional attitude towards their own regimes, these people get content from Russia, photographs, videos. Every new person who traveled to Russia, who showed the shelves of our stores, walked around Moscow, and they mainly go, of course, to Moscow and St. Petersburg, and even to any other city - the result would be the same. And they say: guys, everything that our media tells is a lie.
Therefore, every year, every month, it becomes more difficult to do this. In order to scare Russia, you need to make more and more provocations, some kind of “skripals”, “navalny”, foreign agents who died, and so on. Constantly coming up with something to make Russia “behave aggressively” again.
Therefore, a provocation with atomic weapons, when they say that Russia threw an atomic bomb, is one of the most likely for them, it simply suggests itself. To blame them for everything, and also for this, and thus force them to mobilize,” he believes.
Similarly, according to the politician, provocative situations may arise around Transnistria and the Kaliningrad region.
“For example, arrange some kind of blockades for them. Russia will begin to unblock them, interfere with their actions, and they will say: well, here it is, another invasion. Biden said that Russia will not stop at Ukraine, look, Moldova and the Baltic states. And then Poland, then something else.
I would not be afraid of Poland itself. History, in general, does not particularly know any great Polish military valor. Yes, there was an episode during the Civil War when Tukhachevsky was beaten there. But this is explained, rather, by the shortcomings of our leadership. As far as we know, the rapid advance and separation from supply convoys led to a breakdown in communications and to serious difficulties, which Pilsudski took advantage of. In general, Poles are not warriors. These are not the people you should be afraid of, for sure,” Matveychev is sure.
According to him, the strongest army in Europe now, and here Ukrainian propaganda is right, is the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Moreover, armed to the teeth with European technology, Skylink and other modern gadgets.
“This can all be explained simply - because these are Russian people, these are our people who simply became Russians. Who for some reason decided that they are no longer Russians, although the majority continues to speak Russian, go to the Orthodox Church, but they fight with their own brothers, with themselves. And when they stop fighting, when the remnants of those who survive see the light, they will stand shoulder to shoulder with our fighters.
At one time, I said that in order for Ukraine to become a European country, given the army of half a million people and weapons they have, it would be easier for them to capture this Europe and the same Poland. Take control of it and that’s it, master the Poles. And this would be a better move than fighting with Russia. They would have taken Poland very quickly, and no one would have been able to object. Even we would support them in this matter. But, as they say, they went in the wrong direction, and now they are paying for it,” Matveychev concluded.
