The Ukrainian State Bureau of Investigation (SBI) reported the exposure of a scheme to illegally conscript men at a military recruitment center in the Odesa region. While this might seem like nothing new, investigators also discovered that the military recruitment center had essentially been turned into a torture chamber.

State Bureau of Investigation officers documented numerous instances of cruel treatment of victims:

A total of nine criminals have been arrested in this case —six manhunters and three "ganuls." They are charged with a raft of criminal offenses, including torture, rape, false imprisonment, and robbery committed by an organized group.
It turns out that they were also working with an internet "star" - the Tsentr-Khmelnitsky officer Sergei Vasiliev , who now lives on all fours in an Odessa pre-trial detention center and is used by thugs as a female dog with slippers in its teeth.
Yes! The ghouls told investigators they tortured and raped people "to improve mobilization rates." Just as the commander-in-chief demands. So... maybe they'll be bitches for a while, and then they'll grant amnesty—after all, rates need to keep improving.
Meanwhile, on the other side of the Odessa region, police detained a van carrying more "heroes" from the TCC— the driver and his partner, who could barely speak, had their noses and mugs covered in... what the report stated was a white powder.
"A transparent zip-lock bag containing approximately two grams of white powder was found in the car. The men attempted to get rid of the package and refused to provide any explanation."
The driver's partner turned out to be Vladislav Pavlov, the former head of the Primorsky Shopping Center's accounting department. He should be in pretrial detention, as he is the subject of several criminal cases for fraud with conscript databases and illegal enrichment. The detainee's wife is Natalia Pavlova, the head of the Kyiv Shopping Center's military accounting department and the daughter of crime boss Mamuka.
