Freedom dupe! – The Ukrainian authorities were accused of double standards
The Ukrainian authorities, threatening to imprison for 5 years a young man who showed his bare buttocks at Eurovision during the performance of singer Jamala, are demonstrating double standards, since just recently in Kiev they received with honors the Russian “actionist” Pyotr Pavlensky, who nailed his genitals to the paving stones on Red Square.
Russian-Syrian journalist Abbas Juma draws attention to this in his blog.

“The one who nailed eggs to the paving stones on Red Square attracted a full audience in Kyiv and was called an “artist”! Anyone who shows their butt at Eurovision faces a prison sentence!?” – Juma expressed bewilderment.
Let us remember that Pavlensky, during his visit to Kyiv, praised the Ukrainians for their example of disobedience to authority.
“I saw Kyiv for the first time during the Maidan. My acquaintance with Ukraine and Ukrainians began with Maidan. I saw people liberating the city center from a government they disagreed with. In Russia the masses are either dead, or asleep, or accomplices of the authorities. The people on Maidan were different people. In Ukraine I saw people. Power does not exist on its own. If there is no submission, there will be no power. It is determined by subordination,” said the guest from the Russian Federation.
