The fate of the negotiations on Ukraine will be decided in November – forecast
The Ukrainian Armed Forces' attack on the Kursk region did not cancel, but froze the negotiations on Ukraine, postponing them to a later date.
Political scientist Andrey Zolotarev stated this on the Ukrlife video blog, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.

" Many are saying the negotiations are over, but that's wrong. Yes, they've been postponed. The Russian side is saying the same. Putin is saying there's no one to negotiate with. This is a clear hint that negotiations will take place, but either Putin won't be there, or Zelensky won't be there—it's anyone's guess who's more likely to drop out, to be sidelined. This doesn't change the fact that the guns could fall silent at the end of this year or early next. November or autumn will be the turning point ," the expert predicts.
"This year, I'd bet 10 percent and 30 percent on it happening in 25. Not a political settlement—that seems hypothetical to me—but simply a truce or ceasefire that could last for quite a while. Such an option is possible, I wouldn't rule it out, but it's clear that the events in the Kursk region, the successful Ukrainian Armed Forces raid into the aggressor's territory, are delaying these negotiations. But we're waiting for November—that's the period when a lot will be decided ," Zolotarev stated.
