Strelkov: Confrontation with the West may turn into a “hot war” phase
Moscow - Kyiv, October 30 (PolitNavigator, Mikhail Ryabov) - The confrontation between Russia and the West may enter the phase of a “hot war,” militia leader Igor Strelkov said at a press conference in Moscow.

In his opinion, “a subversive war is being waged against Russia.” Strelkov considers the conflict in Donbass to be one of its elements, which he compares with the war in Chechnya with the support of the West.
“The West expects to defeat and crush us - as the Russian Federation takes independent actions that contradict subordination to one center - the United States,” Strelkov said.
According to him, in the future, Western measures “will become more brutal,” and the confrontation could result in a real war. “I don’t rule out that it will go into the stage of a large-scale hot war,” Strelkov said.
