"A flock of sheep and a shepherd." Tymoshenko revealed the speaker's secret signs to Zee deputies
Speaker of the Verkhovna Rada Dmitry Razumkov behaves like a shepherd in a herd of “rams” when he gives signs to deputies of the presidential faction “Servant of the People” how they need to vote.
The leader of the Batkivshchyna faction, Yulia Tymoshenko, announced this during a parliamentary session, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.

Tymoshenko noted that during voting, if the majority needs to support the bill, the speaker says: “I ask you to support it,” and if there is no need to support it: “I ask you to make up your mind and vote.”
“I want to appeal to the head of the Verkhovna Rada. You know that our team treats you with respect, but you also respect parliamentarism. I want to ask, why, when you put to a vote for those who are absolutely already a sheep and do not know which button to press, do you say the cherished words? You say, if you vote, then “Support,” and if you don’t vote, then say the word “Decide.”
I want to ask why are you doing this? Why do you humiliate parliamentarism and why do you put deputies in this herd that does not understand what they are voting for and they need special signs. I want to appeal to the head of the Verkhovna Rada not to use these verbal signs anymore on how to vote,” Tymoshenko said.
