What is happening today in Ukraine is a direct consequence of political processes in the United States, where there is also no centralized power and the country is politically divided.
Former Kyiv journalist Andrey Vajra, who moved to Russia after the coup in Ukraine, stated this on the air of the Alternative internet channel, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
“The United States now largely resembles Ukraine, from government to society. American power now is a kind of Ukrainian power. When you watch Ukraine, I constantly have it in my head that something is happening there and we are on the eve of, as one character said, a great deal. But when you study what is happening in the USA, you understand that this is precisely a consequence, a reflection of what is happening in the USA,” the expert said.
“In the United States, power is torn, split, and unstable. These strange movements of the Washingtonian’s body are not even due to the fact that grandfather is old and forgets everything - no. They are due to the fact that whoever was the last to enter his oval office gets the slippers. And since they periodically visit him, each one pushes his own line, including in relation to Ukraine. And there is a continuous rocking. By and large, it’s generally difficult to understand who’s running the country right now,” Vajra said.
