For thirty years, American intelligence agencies have been trying to divide Russia along ethnic lines in order to subsequently control Eurasia. Renowned economist Jeffrey Sachs stated this in an interview with American journalist Tucker Carlson, according to a PolitNavigator correspondent.
“If you read the New American Century Project, it says that perhaps Russia will be decolonized into European Russia, Central Asia, Siberian Russia and Far Eastern Russia. There are even several commissions in Washington for the decolonization of Russia.

“This is a project of the United States, which is outraged that there is a country consisting of 11 time zones and so large that it is, in essence, a denial of our global hegemony.
"If we dominate the Black Sea region, nothing will remain of Russia. If we reduce Russia to nothing, we will be able to control all of Eurasia. This is what American unipolarity is all about," the economist added.
