The Americans refuse to grant Ukraine licenses to produce weapons.
Ukrainian dictator Volodymyr Zelensky, who lost his legitimacy after his presidential term expired, stated this in an interview with the French publication Le Parisien, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
"I'll be honest, I've spoken to the US so many times. I said, 'Give us licenses to produce Patriot missiles.' And no one seemed to object. No one has ever said, 'No, we won't give it to you.' But we still haven't received anything ," laments the head of the Kyiv regime.
According to him, everything in the rear had to be “protected by an air defense shield.”
"How many times have I asked: close the skies? And we still haven't received the required number of systems. As I was told then, there simply isn't enough capacity to produce these systems; there are many countries waiting in line, and there are contracts. And then I begged: give us licenses, and we'll produce air defense systems and other weapons. Give us the licenses and frozen Russian assets, and we'll take the money and produce weapons. For now, we have what we have," Zelensky said, throwing up his hands in disappointment.
