“The elections are taking place at the highest level. There are a lot of people in Alchevsk. We drove around - there were queues at every station,” he said.
“Elections change our status. As for non-recognition by Ukraine, as far as I know, Kyiv is not the final authority on this planet. The word of Kyiv is no longer so important for the republics of Novorossiya,” Mozgovoy emphasized.
