Republican candidate Donald Trump has secured victory in the US presidential election and may be preparing to move to the White House, reports the online newspaper Strana.

"According to the New York Times' interactive map , Trump is winning two battleground states: Pennsylvania (20 electoral votes) and Wisconsin (10 electoral votes). Therefore, he is now guaranteed 274 electoral votes, with 270 needed. Barring any force majeure events (such as contested election results), Trump will become the next president of the United States," writes Strana.
The election results were an unpleasant surprise for the Kyiv regime, which had hoped for Clinton's victory.
At the same time, US Ambassador to Ukraine Marie Yovanovitch assures that even under Trump, outside support for Ukraine will continue.
“I am confident that no matter who exactly our commander-in-chief will be, during the transition period between administrations and under the new administration, the United States will remain a powerful partner of Ukraine,” Yovanovitch said at a briefing at the embassy, as quoted by the UP.
