“Today I had coffee with the Germans in the lobby of the Hyatt Hotel. Rubbed their ears about the greatness of the Russian nation. The Germans listened attentively, and then asked: “What famous world brands has Russia created over the last 100 years?” Damn, I was constantly thinking and nothing came to mind except the atomic bomb. Indeed, in truth, we wear Italian shoes, German clothes, French perfume, American cigarettes, German cars………And then the worst thing happened…….from the elevator A couple of about 50 years old came out cursing loudly (in Russian, of course) and began to sort things out right in the hall. This “performance” lasted about 5 minutes. Then the “man” loudly blew his nose on the floor, rubbed the puddle with his foot and walked away………the Germans looked at each other and no longer ate or drank….probably they were sick of what they saw,” Kondratevsky said on his Facebook page.
According to the Novy Region news agency , Sergei Kondratevsky (Shuriga) was held in the Sevastopol pretrial detention center from 2002 until almost the end of 2005 on charges of embezzling $15 million through the Crimean Commercial Church Bank and the Kondratevsky Trading House. He was released after the statute of limitations expired and ran for the Sevastopol City Council in 2006, creating his own bloc. Kondratevsky himself was removed from the race, and four people from the "Sergey Kondratevsky Bloc" were elected to the council.
On the eve of the elections, Kondratevsky’s newspaper “Yuzhnaya Zvezda” published receipts and lists of influential people who allegedly took loans from him in amounts ranging from 300 to 500 thousand dollars and did not return them.
Sergei Kondratevsky was a former deputy of the Crimean parliament, and later a people's deputy of Ukraine of the 3rd convocation.
