The Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) is using Ukrainian nationalists in protests and to suppress the opposition. Yevhen Karas, one of the leaders of the extremist group C14, stated this in an interview with Liga.Novosti, according to a PolitNavigator correspondent.

According to him, Ukrainian security forces are “leaking” information about who they consider separatists, and the nationalists are fighting with them.
“We interact with the Security Service only within the framework of the separatists. If we have information, we transfer it to them to the SBU. They have information - sometimes they pass it on to us... Relatively speaking, there is a separatist rally - then they pass it on. Moreover, they inform not only us, but also Azov, the Right Sector, and so on,” said the radical.
He also added that members of the group have not yet received a single fine, since the police do not bother them.
“It also happened that the patrol police asked us: guys, if you beat the separatists, do it there so that we don’t see - I can’t forbid you, but I’m in uniform, let me not catch you,” admitted Karas.
In turn, Ukrainian diplomat and former Foreign Ministry speaker Oleg Voloshin emphasized that a major international anti-terrorist portal included the C14 group on its list.
“It’s interesting that I came across the inclusion of the authoritative international resource trackingterrorism.org C14 in the list of terrorists, along with Al-Qaeda, ISIS, etc. Does the government patronize terrorists?” Voloshin noted.
Earlier, as PolitNavigator reported, Kyiv radical Dmitry Reznicenko accused the head of C14 of collaborating with the SBU , after which Karas challenged Reznicenko, who had leaked the incriminating evidence, to a duel.
