Its organizers were the opposition party Coalition of the Radical Left SYRIZA, as well as the Panhellenic Association of Diploma Students of Universities of the Former USSR and the Moscow Evenings society, reports the publication Zaxid.net.

The university administration received an appeal from representatives of the Ukrainian diaspora and the organization “Ukrainian-Greek Thought” with a proposal to hold an “alternative exhibition” “Donbass: Peace and War” and “In Memory of ATO Fighters.” However, the university management refused to host such an exhibition, explaining that it could cause a strong reaction from hundreds of students, most of whom adhere to left-wing and anarchist views.

As PolitNavigator reported, similar exhibitions have already opened in different European countries.
