Shukhevych: The task of the “strengthened” Security Council Turchynov is to prevent Maidan-3
Kyiv, December 25 (PolitNavigator, Maxim Karpenko) – The increase in the powers of the National Security and Defense Council may be caused by the desire to turn it into a punitive body to combat a possible Maidan-3, which threatens to overthrow the current government.
Deputy Yuri Shukhevych from the “Radical Party” stated this on TV channel 112.

“There is an opinion that the structure that the NSDC should now become, the expansion of its powers, is a preparation for the fact that if there are mass unrest, discontent, social and economic riots, then the NSDC will be the body in the fight against the new Maidan,” Shukhevych said.
Let us recall that on Thursday the Verkhovna Rada, in violation of the regulations, adopted a law strengthening the powers of the Security Council, where Alexander Turchynov was recently appointed secretary.
