Kyiv, February 15 (PolitNavigator, Alexandra Ignatieva) – New armored vehicles “KrAZ-5233NE” (Shrek-APC), which are used for the movement of special forces, arrived in Ukraine.

“Ballistic protection: STANAG 4569 – level 2, the armor is designed in such a way that a bullet fired at any angle to the surface of the car will not penetrate inside without encountering armor elements on its way; the possibility of being shot through as a result of a ricochet is also minimized. Protection against explosions - STANAG 4569 level 2a and 2b: detonation of a mine (6 kg in TNT equivalent) under any of the wheels or under the bottom of the car,” Avakov wrote.
