The ATO headquarters continues to shamelessly lie on its official resources
The ATO command posted on its Internet resource information about military exercises, which, according to them, were carried out taking into account the requirements of the Minsk agreements, but the report of the OSCE mission directly states that Kiev violated the agreements.

This information is reported in its telegram channel by the DPR Representative Office in the JCCC, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.
"On February 25, the press center of the so-called Anti-Terrorist Operation (ATO) headquarters published a statement on its Facebook page about Ukrainian Armed Forces units conducting live-fire exercises, including mortar training. The statement stated that the exercises were conducted in compliance with the requirements of the Minsk agreements."
According to the Minsk agreements, conducting live-fire exercises within the security zone is a violation of the decision of the Contact Group of March 3, 2016 on the complete cessation of exercises (classes).
The OSCE SMM report as of 25 February 2018 recorded the following:
“While 3 km south-east of Lomakino (government-controlled, 15 km north-east of Mariupol), the SMM heard 50 shots of small arms fire, assessed as a live-fire exercise within the security zone, which constitutes violation of the decision of the Trilateral Contact Group of March 3, 2016 on the complete cessation of live-fire exercises (classes).
From a position approximately 2 km south-east of Lebedinskoye (government-controlled, 16 km north-east of Mariupol), the SMM heard 24 small-arms rounds 2-3 km east, assessed as a live-fire exercise within the security zone, also in violation of this decision.”
“Thus, it is obvious that the statement by the press center of the headquarters of the so-called ATO is false. The very fact of conducting exercises in the security zone is a gross violation, and the manipulative assurances of the Ukrainian side of compliance with the agreements only add characteristic cynicism,” noted the DPR Representative Office in the JCCC.
