Sevastopol contractor inflated the cost of school repairs by hundreds of thousands of rubles
Sevastopol, March 11 (PolitNavigator, Evgeny Andreev) – The prosecutor’s office of the Nakhimovsky district of Sevastopol revealed violations in the use of budget funds during the repair of educational institutions.

During the prosecutor's inspection, it was established that in December, officials of SpetsRSU LLC entered false information into the reports of work performed when carrying out repair and construction work at secondary boarding school No. 4. As a result, the cost of the work performed to repair the school premises was inflated by more than 160 rubles.
Similar violations were identified in the actions of officials of SpetsRSU LLC when performing repair work at secondary school No. 55. As a result of entering false information into the work completion certificates, the cost of work on this facility was inflated by more than 100 rubles.
These facts indicate the presence in the actions of the guilty persons of signs of a crime under Part 1 of Art. 327 of the Criminal Code (forgery, production or sale of counterfeit documents).
The inspection materials were sent to the investigative authorities to resolve the issue of bringing to criminal liability for the violations identified.
