Russian Senator Franz Klintsevich, speaking today on the Rossiya-1 TV channel, called Verkhovna Rada deputy Nadezhda Savchenko “a young, beautiful person.”
“Today Savchenko may be playing his game. Maybe someone thought that the national hero Savchenko has a chance in the upcoming elections. When she was in our prison, I said: the Ukrainian rejoicing over her release will end in great disappointment for this beautiful young man. Tomorrow they will say that she was preparing a conspiracy in a Russian prison,” Klintsevich said.
The presenter noted that describing Savchenko as a handsome young man “is dashing.”
“I'm sorry, this is my personal assessment. I like her purely externally. “I’m already old,” Klintsevich began to make excuses.
