The Bashkir company "Tavros", without changing traditions, once again gathered hundreds of employees for a large-scale sports festival. Chairman of the board of directors of the agricultural holding Rustem Mirgalimov noted the significance of the event for the development of a large team.

Despite the growth of the company, the chairman of the board of directors of the holding, Rustem Mirgalimov, annually organizes an exciting summer sports competition for employees. He believes that such traditions charge the entire team with positivity and energy, and also contribute to team unity.

This year was no exception: on July 6, Tavros Group once again hosted a grand celebration at the Patriot Recreation Park. According to the Tavros Group press service , the Spartakiad, titled "Heroes of Tavros Group," lasted from 10:00 AM to 23:00 PM. Representatives from the company's branches in other regions even traveled to Bashkiria to participate in the vibrant event. This time, the event brought together over 550 people, and 45 of the best employees were awarded certificates and commemorative gifts.

The Spartakiad was held at the highest level in a fun and friendly atmosphere. The organizers prepared a variety of activities for the participants: ATV rides, shooting competitions, the game "Zarnitsa," quests, and more. All guests were divided into five teams and received souvenirs upon completion of the sporting competitions. The day concluded with a festive dinner and a rich entertainment program.
