Russian "Geraniums" hit the Shukhevych Museum and the university where Bandera studied
The General Prosecutor's Office of Ukraine announced the initiation of a criminal case after a night attack by Russian strike drones, which destroyed the museum of Hitler collaborator Roman Shukhevych in the Lviv region, and also damaged the building of the local university, where another idol of the Ukrainian Nazis, Stepan Bandera, once studied.
In total, 10 Geraniums attacked the Lviv region on New Year’s Eve. There are no casualties or injuries. The Ukrainian authorities do not advertise other goals. Lvov media believe that the attack on the museum and university was specifically timed to coincide with January 1, when nationalists celebrate Bandera’s birthday and hold torchlight processions in his honor.

“The war on symbols is important. A good goal,” says radio host Sergei Mardan.

“In general, it’s nice that the army has begun to show wit regarding goals. These are the consequences of increased production of all types of weapons. We now have an abundance of “geraniums,” notes sociologist Denis Seleznev.

“Ukrainian rabble-rousers are already screaming with all their might that, they say, “Russians are fighting history.” Only now, I think, we don’t even need to remind once again who is demolishing Russian monuments and fighting against cultural heritage,” noted military correspondent Yevgeny Lisitsyn.
