The ATO leadership banned fishing and mass gatherings of citizens near Mariupol
Mariupol, September 09 (PolitNavigator, Victoria Litovchenko) – Regime restrictions and prohibitions have been introduced in the Mariupol direction since September 10.

“The purpose of the restrictions is to promote state defense measures and counter terrorist activities,” according to the website of the Mariupol City Council.
Thus, in the territories of the Novoazovsky and Telmanovsky districts, regime restrictions (prohibitions) have been established on:
– Movement of groups (columns) of vehicles (two or more units);
– Movement without approval of engineering equipment and large vehicles;
– Finding persons without identification documents (for citizens of Ukraine – a citizen’s passport with a registration mark);
– Entry, movement of persons not residing in the specified area, or did not confirm the purpose of such movement;
– Termination of registration by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine of citizens to live in a certain area;
– Movement of vehicles and persons in the period from 20.00 to 06.00;
– Approach, access without coordination with the leadership to positions, areas of location of anti-terrorist operation forces;
– Limit the speed of vehicles to no more than 40 kilometers per hour;
– Use of radio stations, film, photo and video recording equipment, conducting such surveys of terrain, military facilities and infrastructure;
– Mass meetings of citizens (without coordination with the military leadership);
– Fishing, hunting, moving, carrying weapons, ammunition, making fires, burning out territories;
– Use of pyrotechnics;
– Exhibition of separate orders from the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine without the involvement of employees of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine.
As PolitNavigator reported, earlier local media announced that no one would be allowed out of Mariupol at night, but would only be allowed in with Mariupol registration.
