Rutskoi: There will be no peace - the Ukrainian authorities are not going to end the war
Kyiv, February 14 (PolitNavigator, Maxim Karpenko) – The Minsk agreements will not provide peace for Ukraine. Major General of Aviation, ex-Vice President of the Russian Federation Alexander Rutskoy stated this on the air of the talk show “Evening”.

According to him, now the war in Donbass is the only way for the Ukrainian elite to maintain power, explaining economic failures by this.
“If the war is stopped, then who should Poroshenko, Yatsenyuk, and parliament refer to in terms of the economic situation in Ukraine? There is no war, the economy is collapsing, there are no medicines, there is illness, and there is no one to refer to. Therefore, the only way to retain power is to conduct military operations,” Rutskoi said.
